Approved Training Offices play a vital role in supporting the development of future accounting and finance professionals by providing trainees with high-quality practical experience, effective supervision, and a professional working environment. Approval demonstrates that an organisation has the systems, resources and commitment necessary to support trainees throughout their professional training.
This application form is designed to help us assess whether your organisation can provide an appropriate training environment for trainees undertaking professional qualifications, including both audit and non-audit training pathways where applicable. The information you provide will enable us to evaluate your organisation's training arrangements, supervisory structures, practical experience opportunities, ethical culture, and commitment to trainee development.
Before completing this application, please ensure that you:
- Review the Approved Training Office requirements and guidance
- Have the authority to submit this application on behalf of your organisation
- Have access to any supporting documentation that may be required
- Consult with the proposed Training Principal and other relevant individuals within your organisation
As part of the approval process, we may request additional information or supporting evidence and, where appropriate, arrange an approval visit or meeting. Approved Training Offices are expected to maintain the standards on which approval is granted and to notify us of any significant changes that may affect their suitability to continue as an Approved Training Office.
